Their Service department was very responsive and open about the whole thing, really. From what was found, what the cost would be, etc. To boot, the cost this last time was actually lower than the estimate. I would like to note here as well, for small things (airing up my tires, reattaching the engine compartment cover - being that its a ford focus, this would have sucked to get under and do myself) they do for free too. At the rate they are going, I will be a customer for life.
***EDIT***: Just got a call for review, missed the call so I figure here is as good a place as any. They still take phenomenal care of my vehicles. HOWEVER one thing that I have taken note of is getting things scheduled. Michelle is great, gets things scheduled, gives calls back in a reasonable time. BUT ****I CALL TO REACH SOMEONE**** not to get a call back 30 minutes later to schedule. I am busy, as are most during business hours. To make customers wait just to get a hold of your establishment is silly; I know first hand this only affects service, not sales... I will continue to go through the tedious process because in most cases I can answer, but it is a problem I have noticed in recent years.
