  • Best customer service ever! In my past experience, car buying can be tedious and frustrating. My opinion has completely changed after buying a car through Signature Ford of Perry. The owner, Angela, and her staff were helpful, honest, and I never once felt pressured. I can truly say, it was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had when buy a car.   • I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

  • After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

  • Buyer beware I bought a gmc yukon that I was told it passed there 172 point inspection. And every thing is in working order and needs nothing. I am Handicapped and unable to crawl under a truck to inspect it. Being a FORD DEALER you would think that there Honest and would not sell a unsafe vehicle. Boy was I wrong. Well after buying a $15500 truck. the steering wheel should not shake after going over bumps or cracks in the road. I took it in to get the tires balanced at a private shop. As I thought it was out of balance. And I was told the front 4 ball joints are bad 3 air ride shocks were Bad and leaking oil, and the compressor has not worked in a long time and was not functioning. The dash warning light for the service suspension is not coming on. Even though the shocks wont hold air and are leaking oil . Something is not right here. I Talk to Angela the VP and was told to bring it up there so there mechanic could verify the diagnosis. The hole time knowing she had no intention of making it safe & roadworthy as I was told it was. So my daughter takes a day off to drive me as I have a hard time driving that far 1 1/2 Hr, drive 1 way. Because of multIple spine surgerys . And there mechanic did verify that the shocks were bad and the 4 ball joints were bad, an the AC was short cycling . I was told by the Service right up guy that the truck is safe to drive and someone would call me. Well i got the call and was told it would cost ME $3686.00 to fix and they would give me 10% off the bill. Really I just spent $15500. dollars on a truck that is not safe. Don't believe anything they say as it means nothing, even if its in writing as no one can be held accountable According to the VP Angela Please save yourself the grief and shop somewhere that has Morals and standards

  • I had a great experience with my first lease, a 2017 Escape, and wanted to continue to work with your dealership. I decided to turn my lease in early and upgrade to an Edge. Before making my final decision though I did drive another vehicle, therre was no comparison! Ford was the better car hands down! Scott, our saleman, was top notch and has been very helpful with getting my app, Ford Pass, set up. He even has called to see if I have had a chance to set up automatic starts. (I have not done that yet). I am a loyal peson and will continue to purchase my vehicle from Signature Ford!
