  • I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

  • After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

  • Buyer beware I bought a gmc yukon that I was told it passed there 172 point inspection. And every thing is in working order and needs nothing. I am Handicapped and unable to crawl under a truck to inspect it. Being a FORD DEALER you would think that there Honest and would not sell a unsafe vehicle. Boy was I wrong. Well after buying a $15500 truck. the steering wheel should not shake after going over bumps or cracks in the road. I took it in to get the tires balanced at a private shop. As I thought it was out of balance. And I was told the front 4 ball joints are bad 3 air ride shocks were Bad and leaking oil, and the compressor has not worked in a long time and was not functioning. The dash warning light for the service suspension is not coming on. Even though the shocks wont hold air and are leaking oil . Something is not right here. I Talk to Angela the VP and was told to bring it up there so there mechanic could verify the diagnosis. The hole time knowing she had no intention of making it safe & roadworthy as I was told it was. So my daughter takes a day off to drive me as I have a hard time driving that far 1 1/2 Hr, drive 1 way. Because of multIple spine surgerys . And there mechanic did verify that the shocks were bad and the 4 ball joints were bad, an the AC was short cycling . I was told by the Service right up guy that the truck is safe to drive and someone would call me. Well i got the call and was told it would cost ME $3686.00 to fix and they would give me 10% off the bill. Really I just spent $15500. dollars on a truck that is not safe. Don't believe anything they say as it means nothing, even if its in writing as no one can be held accountable According to the VP Angela Please save yourself the grief and shop somewhere that has Morals and standards

  • I had a great experience with my first lease, a 2017 Escape, and wanted to continue to work with your dealership. I decided to turn my lease in early and upgrade to an Edge. Before making my final decision though I did drive another vehicle, therre was no comparison! Ford was the better car hands down! Scott, our saleman, was top notch and has been very helpful with getting my app, Ford Pass, set up. He even has called to see if I have had a chance to set up automatic starts. (I have not done that yet). I am a loyal peson and will continue to purchase my vehicle from Signature Ford!

He went above and beyond for my husband and I and we left feeling so happy with the Ford Explorer we purchased. We never felt pressured as you often do when buying a car. Signature has served my Ranger for about 7 years doing a great job each time it goes in for routine service or the bigger repair.

  • Simple. Don't buy a used car here, if you do don't pay their dealership fee because they don't actually inspect them. Get it inspected yourself. Don't use their service department as we are currently trying to determine if it's poorly supervised or if someone is purposely sabotaging our vehicle when we take it in. This entire statement is my current personal opinion based on mutliple experiences since January.

  • I’ve never had a more pleasant experience anywhere else. I had been searching for my actual dream car and, found it on their lot. I was extremely nervous and unsure of what I was going to do once the dream became a reality. Diane McKay was OUTSTANDING from the moment she reached out to me when I was simply inquiring about the car to the moment I hugged her and thanked her for all of her help after making the purchase. I drove over an hour to reach this place and, although she spent her entire Saturday with me, Diane never made me feel like I was in her way. She worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase the vehicle I’d wanted for so long. I am forever grateful for her and the rest of the wonderful staff at Signature Ford. Thank you guys for my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport! I love it!

  • I purchased a vehicle through Signature Ford - Perry and wasn't thrilled with their service. Their business manager, Cheryl Root, was supposed to email a bank document to me but she sent me a document for a totally different person. That document gave me too much information on a different person. I corrected Cheryl and she sent me the correct document with incorrect information on it AND she called me by the wrong name...multiple times. The least they could do for someone spending over $25k at their business is to get the person's name right!!! I still purchased the vehicle because it was the one I wanted but I ended up having to go back a week AFTER I had purchased the vehicle because their finance department messed the paperwork up AGAIN. I ended up bringing a check directly from my bank because I was done dealing with their business manager who couldn't get the paperwork right and kept calling me Lisa even after I corrected her. Very poor customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is their sales person was friendly and the office staff in Perry was friendly. They also brought the vehicle from Owosso to Perry for me. Otherwise, it was not a great overall experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

  • Our son turned 16 of course just a few days before Christmas. So, we were searching online to find something. We came across the 2018 Ford Focus SE online, and called the next day. Scheduled a time to stop in and check the car out. The very next day we brought our son in, and with the help of Jim Gross and the wonderful team at Signature Ford Perry, we were able to surprise our son on December 24, 2019. He was in shock, and everyone did a great job at keeping it a surprise. Thank you to Billy and Cheryl for your wonderful assistance. You're all amazing!!!!

  • It's been a few weeks since I bought my F150 from Perry Ford. I was tied up with a very sick relative. I did how every want to leave a review . The staff at Perry was exceptional my sales person Jennifer did a great job with no pressure sales, and patiently answered all my questions. The manager was friendly and involved making sure I was happy thru the whole process. I was able to get a descent trade in value on a Jeep Liberty that needed high cost repairs. Also Jennifer called after the sale to verify I was pleased with my purchase. Great work by the folks at Perry Ford.

  • Took my 2010 mustang 4.0 in to have a ABS modual replaced causing the ABS light and traction control lights to come on When I picked the car up there was a stability control light on After pulling teeth to have them tell me the code C1991 they told me that they did what I wanted them to So bring it back for diagnosing I argued that the modual needed reprogram They argue no So the very next day took to Brighton ford and guess what It needed to b reprogram and cost $135.90 For doing the reprogram that should have been done when replaced If the tech would have realized I have a light on That was not on before I must have to do something more and actually care enough To do it Long story short avoid signature ford of PERRY Unless you like being treated poorly

She greeted me and got my truck in within a few minutes. She will not only give you the best customer service, she will be open, honest and very transparent.   • Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Made an appointment to test drive and purchase a new truck 4 hours before the intended appointment time. After driving an hour to the dealer I was told the vehicle I was interested in drove off the lot 2-3 hours ago. I understand vehicles are first come first serve and the dealer can’t hold a vehicle. But I believe a courtesy call should have been made to inform me.

  • Good service on finding my AC leak. Terrible price for repair. Lol wanted $250 for a 20yr old truck condenser I literally googled in front of the sales rep that only costs $47.76. Wanted $250 in labor to pump system down, remove 4 bolts, swap condensers, replace 4 bolts, pull vacuum, recharge system. Less than an hour of work..... Thanks but I’ll fix it myself.
