    Good service on finding my AC leak. Terrible price for repair. Lol wanted $250 for a 20yr old truck condenser I literally googled in front of the sales rep that only costs $47.76. Wanted $250 in labor to pump system down, remove 4 bolts, swap condensers, replace 4 bolts, pull vacuum, recharge system. Less than an hour of work..... Thanks but I’ll fix it myself.

    I had a terrible experience up until today. We needed to find my wife a new vehicle, and she fell in love with a Ford Explorer on the lot. It was a very frustrating situation trying to deal with the sales person who my wife first met with. There were several un-responded requests for paperwork that our credit union needed. And the kicker was today when I emailed at 9 am and requested an appointment to take delivery. When we arrived at the dealership, no one knew we were coming and the sales person left for lunch. Here’s the reason for the 4 * review… Elisa and Collin stepped up and took care of us 100%. Without being notified that we were coming, they had the paperwork ready to be signed and within 40 minutes, they had the explorer fueled, washed and prepped for delivery. When I walked into the dealership this afternoon, I told my wife, I will never return to this dealership. Due to these two dedicated employees, I will return. Thank you Elisa and Collin!!

    I have had my car there since Friday. They have good customer service experience, but when it comes to finding the problem, updating you, or getting the car done promptly on a reasonable time for something not very complicated, it isn't very good. I was told my car was done being serviced yesterday and as soon as I sat in it and turned it on, the problem was still there. The 2 stars is for great customer service, everything else so far lacks and I am not sure if I will be returning after all of this. Good people. Questionable service. Will update my review based on how the rest of this goes, if un-touched, I stand by my statements. Update: They finally got my rim and replaced it. It was a genuine mistake. I will consider going back here. Their services are appreciated. They found a couple more things I didn't even know about and I am happy with it. My tire light is no longer on. Thank you Signature Ford Owosso!

    Randy has done a really good job getting me and my whole family taken care of in terms of getting us hooked up with a good deal. However, sometimes when you need to reach out to them later I've had to call 5 or 6 times just to talk to the finance department.

    Was a pretty good experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and I didn't have to bicker with them on trade value. I did have to pay a dealer prep fee, which I feel is a "hidden fee" and I wasn't impressed with that. Overall I had a good experience with the sale.

    After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

    I had a great experience with my first lease, a 2017 Escape, and wanted to continue to work with your dealership. I decided to turn my lease in early and upgrade to an Edge. Before making my final decision though I did drive another vehicle, therre was no comparison! Ford was the better car hands down! Scott, our saleman, was top notch and has been very helpful with getting my app, Ford Pass, set up. He even has called to see if I have had a chance to set up automatic starts. (I have not done that yet). I am a loyal peson and will continue to purchase my vehicle from Signature Ford!

    I love my Ford F-350 Platinum Super Duty. I get all my service done on my big 4x4 Plow truck. Professional and friendly service. Knowledgeable and fast. Always get me in and out and explain all that needs attention. Even find a few things like a slashed tire on the inside from a track grazed while washing my big truck in the auto wash down the road. Could of been a horrible blowout. They saved me a nasty accident and even costly repair. Love the team at Signature Ford Lincoln.

    I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

    In June 2020 I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Owasso Ford. I noticed the Jeep for sale on their website for a good price, a really good price! I test drove the Jeep, immediately put in a down payment and went to pick up the car the next day. It turned it they had priced the Jeep about $2,000-$3,000 below market value (I'd been looking for a month at Jeep's so I knew that was true), but Signature Ford still honored the price and 6 months later I am still driving the Jeep that has given me no problems! I would recommend Signature Ford and Randy Bailey (sales) and Cheryl Root (finance) to anybody.

    It's been a few weeks since I bought my F150 from Perry Ford. I was tied up with a very sick relative. I did how every want to leave a review . The staff at Perry was exceptional my sales person Jennifer did a great job with no pressure sales, and patiently answered all my questions. The manager was friendly and involved making sure I was happy thru the whole process. I was able to get a descent trade in value on a Jeep Liberty that needed high cost repairs.     Marty Court and his team at Signature Ford were very casual, and took our order for our truck, and helped us place the custom order for our F150. Marty also helped us find all available discounts that Ford offered, and helped us find the best financing as well. Although it took a long time to wait, and required them to convert the order to a 2022 model, the transaction was about as painless as you can ask for. The truck, in it's Atlas blue exterior and Baja tan interior is fantastic. So smooth. Martin walked us through the literally tons of features on this machine. I look forward to doing more business with Signature Ford over the coming years.

    My good friend stopped to see us in his F-150 on his way home to the UP of Michigan and mentioned his truck was sounding like metal on metal on turns. We drove it over to Signature and although they were booked for service the entire day, we asked if it was safe to drive to UP so he could get home. The service manager took it out for a drive and then agreed it would not be safe to drive. Suggested it was probably a wheel bearing and said they would make room for it in the service for that day. They did and got him back on the road the same day. Fantastic integrity and service. With that kind of service I'm sure they also got the rest of the day's service done as well! Needless to say we were very impressed and grateful.

    Newly remodeled store. The best and cleanest used car inventory in shiawassee county. Friendly sales staff and concierge service where they pick up and or deliver your car. These guys go the extra distance. Also lots of customer parking, sparkling floors and bathrooms, free coffee. Also there is a restraunt next door if your hungry you can get a bite to eat while your car is being serviced.

    Signature was awesome! After having a horrible experience at another Ford dealership, we decided to drive an hour to Owosso to look at the Ranger we wanted. Bart was our salesman and was so nice to work with. It was a night and day experience from the previous dealership. Bart showed us how to synch up our phones and all the features in the Ranger. We were so glad we made the drive. The dealership was very clean and relaxed. Everyone was helpful to everyone else even if they weren’t working with us. Cheryl was also awesome in finding us the best financing deal. We will be back to Signature in the future for oil changes, and I will be bringing my car in as well even though I purchased it at another dealership. Overall a great experience. Thank you, Bart, Cheryl, and everyone at Signature!

    Their Service department was very responsive and open about the whole thing, really. From what was found, what the cost would be, etc. To boot, the cost this last time was actually lower than the estimate. I would like to note here as well, for small things (airing up my tires, reattaching the engine compartment cover - being that its a ford focus, this would have sucked to get under and do myself) they do for free too. At the rate they are going, I will be a customer for life. ***EDIT***: Just got a call for review, missed the call so I figure here is as good a place as any. They still take phenomenal care of my vehicles. HOWEVER one thing that I have taken note of is getting things scheduled. Michelle is great, gets things scheduled, gives calls back in a reasonable time. BUT ****I CALL TO REACH SOMEONE**** not to get a call back 30 minutes later to schedule. I am busy, as are most during business hours. To make customers wait just to get a hold of your establishment is silly; I know first hand this only affects service, not sales... I will continue to go through the tedious process because in most cases I can answer, but it is a problem I have noticed in recent years.

    This place is great, replied immediately to my late night inquiry on a Friday night confirming that someone would followup with me first thing when they open. Followed up with me as promised. Staff was great, all of them. Scott is the man, very cool, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the field he works in. He and Jeff expedited the trade in process and got me in the car I wanted at the price point that I requested. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in all honesty. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to share my feedback after this one. Going to the dealership normally sucks, but not this place, these guys run a tight ship and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Never caught the store managers name but he was very cool as well, great group of people.

    This so far has been our best dealership experience!! We just purchased a Dodge Caravan and couldn't be happier! Salesman Aaron was really helpful. He was personable and not pushy, which we appreciated. We had to wait a bit for all the paperwork to get filled out and they invited us into a nice lounge where we could wait with our 2 little children. Aaron even sat with us a couple of times and chatted. He made the whole experience super easy n relaxing. They even showed attention to the kids. We will definitely be back, if a new vehicle is needed in the future!!

    Took my 2013 F150 in for some much needed maintenance. 140K miles of MI roads, it was time for some TLC. Everyone from the service advisors to the techs who worked on the truck, were very professional. I was given a very detailed description of each problem and what it would take to fix it. They had my truck for about a week and a half, which I thought for the amount of work being done and parts supply issues was a very reasonable amount of time. My favorite part was they did not try and upsell me on a bunch of B.S. They gave an honest diagnostic of the truck and fixed what needed to be fixed. My truck runs like new again! Here's to another 150K miles!!!

No haggling, no hassle, just helpful and fair. Walked out with a brand new 2021 Bronco Sport, and couldn’t be happier. Jeff Hill who handles the finance documents was also very easy to work with.
