    I love my Ford F-350 Platinum Super Duty. I get all my service done on my big 4x4 Plow truck. Professional and friendly service. Knowledgeable and fast. Always get me in and out and explain all that needs attention. Even find a few things like a slashed tire on the inside from a track grazed while washing my big truck in the auto wash down the road. Could of been a horrible blowout. They saved me a nasty accident and even costly repair. Love the team at Signature Ford Lincoln.

    Bart was our personal vehicle guide around the lot. He was super helpful and not pushy. Being in sales myself I walk away from pushy. Bart was awesome and talked to both my wife and I equally. Rich and Jim were super nice also. The staff there is very nice and I like the touch of having our names on a welcome board as we walked in. Glad to see that some dealers treat buyers as people and not another sale. We will be back. - the Matson’s.

    Leased a new Ford F150 and the dealership was awesome. If you want the best deal go see Randy Bailey. He treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. He really knows his stuff and will strive to get you the best deal possible. Randy went above and beyond to get me in this new truck. Everyone at the dealership is professional and very courteous.     My mom wrote this review for me to upload: My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in our life time, but we have never dealt with such a nice, helpful, and honest dealership. From the salesman, Karl, to the finance department, and the service department, everybody has been so nice to us. They were honest throughout the entire process, doing everything in their power to help us get the car we’ve wanted. We will recommend this dealership to everybody, and will only buy cars from them in the future! :)

    Best customer service ever! In my past experience, car buying can be tedious and frustrating. My opinion has completely changed after buying a car through Signature Ford of Perry. The owner, Angela, and her staff were helpful, honest, and I never once felt pressured. I can truly say, it was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had when buy a car.     I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

    After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

    I had a great experience with my first lease, a 2017 Escape, and wanted to continue to work with your dealership. I decided to turn my lease in early and upgrade to an Edge. Before making my final decision though I did drive another vehicle, therre was no comparison! Ford was the better car hands down! Scott, our saleman, was top notch and has been very helpful with getting my app, Ford Pass, set up. He even has called to see if I have had a chance to set up automatic starts. (I have not done that yet). I am a loyal peson and will continue to purchase my vehicle from Signature Ford!

    Their Service department was very responsive and open about the whole thing, really. From what was found, what the cost would be, etc. To boot, the cost this last time was actually lower than the estimate. I would like to note here as well, for small things (airing up my tires, reattaching the engine compartment cover - being that its a ford focus, this would have sucked to get under and do myself) they do for free too. At the rate they are going, I will be a customer for life. ***EDIT***: Just got a call for review, missed the call so I figure here is as good a place as any. They still take phenomenal care of my vehicles. HOWEVER one thing that I have taken note of is getting things scheduled. Michelle is great, gets things scheduled, gives calls back in a reasonable time. BUT ****I CALL TO REACH SOMEONE**** not to get a call back 30 minutes later to schedule. I am busy, as are most during business hours. To make customers wait just to get a hold of your establishment is silly; I know first hand this only affects service, not sales... I will continue to go through the tedious process because in most cases I can answer, but it is a problem I have noticed in recent years.

    My daughter and I came from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. Bart was our salesman and was very helpful and not pushy! This made for a smooth transaction. He didn’t try to take advantage of us because we were women, like so many salesmen do. He was very honest and we easily negotiated a deal. I would probably drive 4 hours again to purchase another vehicle from him. My daughter and I were very happy with this dealership and our salesman.
